Content ID Eligibility Policy

This Content ID Eligibility Policy governs participation in YouTube Content ID, Facebook Rights Manager, and similar monetization systems provided through ASUP.

1. Eligible Content

Only Content that is exclusively owned or exclusively controlled by the User for monetization purposes may be submitted.

Eligible Content generally includes:

(a) original recordings;

(b) fully owned masters;

(c) exclusive compositions;

(d) original audiovisual recordings.

2. Ineligible Content

The following may not be submitted:

(a) non-exclusive beats;

(b) stock music;

(c) royalty-free music;

(d) public domain recordings;

(e) sound effects;

(f) meditation loops;

(g) karaoke recordings;

(h) remixes without authorization;

(i) DJ mixes;

(j) compilations lacking exclusive rights.

3. Ownership Verification

ASUP may require:

(a) contracts;

(b) licenses;

(c) split sheets;

(d) publishing documentation;

(e) identity verification.

4. Conflicts And Disputes

ASUP reserves the right to remove Content from monetization systems in the event of:

(a) ownership disputes;

(b) excessive conflicts;

(c) fraudulent claims;

(d) repeated disputes;

(e) DSP policy violations.

5. Liability

Users remain solely responsible for all claims, disputes, and legal liabilities arising from submitted Content.

6. Termination

ASUP may revoke Content ID access at any time at its sole discretion.
