Refund Policy
Understand our refund terms, eligibility requirements, and procedures for subscription plans and platform services.

This Refund Policy ("Policy") governs all payments, subscription fees, setup fees, service fees, royalty processing fees, white-label fees, and other charges paid to ASUP Records LLP ("ASUP", "we", "our", or "us") in connection with the use of ASUP's services, platforms, dashboards, and distribution infrastructure ("Services").
By purchasing or using the Services, User agrees to this Policy.
1. General Policy
Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, all payments made to ASUP are non-refundable.
This includes, but is not limited to:
(a) subscription fees;
(b) setup fees;
(c) onboarding fees;
(d) white-label licensing fees;
(e) distribution fees;
(f) Content ID fees;
(g) promotional or marketing service fees;
(h) custom development charges;
(i) transaction processing fees.
2. Digital Service Nature
User acknowledges that ASUP provides digital services, infrastructure access, software access, distribution operations, and third-party processing services which begin execution immediately upon purchase or activation.
Accordingly, refunds may not be provided once:
(a) account access has been granted;
(b) Content has been uploaded;
(c) distribution has commenced;
(d) DSP delivery has been initiated;
(e) monetization systems have been activated;
(f) platform resources have been allocated.
3. Subscriptions
Subscription plans may automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the next billing cycle.
Users are responsible for managing subscription cancellations through their dashboard or designated support channels.
Failure to cancel before renewal shall not entitle User to a refund.
4. Chargebacks
Unauthorized chargebacks, payment reversals, or fraudulent payment disputes may result in:
(a) immediate account suspension;
(b) withholding of royalties;
(c) removal of distributed Content;
(d) permanent termination of Services;
(e) recovery proceedings for outstanding balances.
5. Exceptions
ASUP may, at its sole discretion, issue partial or full refunds in exceptional circumstances including:
(a) duplicate billing errors;
(c) legally required refund situations.
Nothing herein obligates ASUP to provide refunds except where required by applicable law.
6. Third-Party Services
Fees paid to third-party providers, DSPs, payment processors, advertising platforms, or external vendors may be non-recoverable and non-refundable.
7. Modifications
ASUP reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time.
