ASUP Records LLP ("ASUP") respects intellectual property rights and expects all users of its Services to do the same.
This Copyright Policy governs copyright infringement claims, takedown procedures, repeat infringement handling, and intellectual property compliance relating to Content distributed through ASUP.
1. User Responsibility
Users may only upload, distribute, monetize, or otherwise exploit Content for which they possess all necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and authorizations.
Users remain solely responsible for:
(a) sample clearances;
(b) publishing rights;
(c) synchronization rights;
(d) producer agreements;
(e) performer permissions;
(f) artwork rights;
(g) trademark usage rights.
2. Prohibited Content
Users shall not upload:
(a) unauthorized copyrighted recordings;
(b) pirated material;
(c) unlicensed remixes;
(d) infringing audiovisual content;
(e) unauthorized samples;
(f) content impersonating other artists or brands.
3. Copyright Complaints
Copyright owners or authorized representatives may submit infringement notices containing:
(a) identification of the copyrighted work;
(b) identification of the allegedly infringing material;
(c) proof of ownership or authority;
(d) contact information;
(e) a statement made in good faith regarding unauthorized usage.

4. Takedown Procedures
Upon receipt of a valid complaint, ASUP may:
(a) remove or disable access to Content;
(b) suspend monetization;
(c) withhold royalties;
(d) request verification documentation;
(e) suspend or terminate User accounts.
5. Counter Notifications
Users disputing infringement allegations may submit counter notifications with supporting documentation.
ASUP reserves sole discretion regarding reinstatement of Content.
6. Repeat Infringement
ASUP maintains a repeat infringer policy.
Users repeatedly violating intellectual property rights may face:
(a) permanent account termination;
(b) permanent monetization restrictions;
(c) royalty forfeiture where permitted by law;
(d) reporting to DSPs and rights organizations.
7. Liability
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless ASUP against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, legal fees, or expenses arising from infringing Content uploaded by User.
8. No Legal Determination
ASUP is not a court of law and does not independently determine ownership rights.
ASUP reserves the right to act conservatively in response to infringement allegations to reduce legal and operational risk.
